There are four (4) varieties of green coffee beans while there could be five (5) to ten (10) origins per bean variety. The four varieties are:
The roasted coffee beans have different grades of roasting namely:
Mindanao Arabica is generally sweet and dark chocolatey in taste. A clean cup with a distinct flowery aroma. Matutum Arabica is organically grown and cultivated by the indigenous tribe of B’laans, in South Cotabato, Mindanao. These meisor coffee trees have been planted for several generations now. Recommended roast is medium to medium dark.
