Roasted Exelsa - Banahaw

There are four (4) varieties of green coffee beans while there could be five (5) to ten (10) origins per bean variety. The four varieties are:

• Arabica
• Robusta
• Liberica
• Exelsa

The roasted coffee beans have different grades of roasting namely:

• Light Grade Roasting
• Medium Grade Roasting
• Medium Dark Grade Roasting
• Dark Grade Roasting

PURE EXELSA is also a lowland coffee. It has very distinct sweet and fruity aroma and taste like the exotic Philippine  jackfruit.  This bean variety is normally blended for its aroma.  It is a lot more woody than Liberica.

Mt. Banahaw is a favorite climb among mountaineers and is considered one of the sacred mountains in the Philippines.
